We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt. We needed someone to provide us with a new Quality Management System for achieving ISO 9001:2015. Matt was very efficient in getting the ball rolling, provided us with all the information we needed and the core structure of the system. Matt attended our site on a few occasions during the implementation period to ensure we all understood the system and what was required. The system itself enables us to meet all the relevant criteria for certification without any unnecessary paperwork or too many additional hours on our part, it truly is a very efficient, simple to follow system. Matt dealt with the auditors at our site for both stage 1 & stage 2 audits requiring minimal input from ourselves and where we have just recently passed stage 2. We thoroughly recommend Matt and Emmerson Willis and look forward to many years of working together.
